Join green roof edge trims quickly and neatly
UGR Green Roof Edge Trim Connector provides a simple way to join straight aluminium edge-trim lengths around a green roof or landscaping area.
The connector holds the adjoining trims together to create a neat longitudinal joint, helping maintain a continuous and consistent perimeter around the installation.
It is designed for use with the UGR Aluminium Green Roof Edge Trim – 1m.
Simple push-fit connection
Installation is quick and straightforward:
- Position the two edge-trim lengths so their ends meet.
- Push the end of the first trim into one side of the connector.
- Push the adjoining trim into the other side.
- Check that both lengths are seated securely and remain correctly aligned.
- Continue installing the edging system around the roof perimeter.
No complicated tools or jointing method are required, making the connector suitable for both DIY green roof projects and professional installations.
Part of a modular edging system
The connector forms part of the UGR aluminium edging range, allowing straight trims and pre-formed corners to be combined around the roof layout.
Complete the system with the UGR Aluminium Green Roof Edge Trim – 1m, the UGR Green Roof Edge Trim Internal Corner and the UGR Green Roof Edge Trim External Corner.
Important suitability note
This connector is intended for joining compatible straight aluminium edge-trim lengths. It is not designed to form changes in direction; please use the appropriate pre-formed internal or external corner for 90° corners.
